General elections : Plans underway for home voting for disabled, aged in AP - Collector

Kakinada, Apr 1 (UNI) Kakinada District Collector J .Nivas on Monday said that plans were underway for making special arrangements for home voting facility for the disabled, aged and also postal ballot facility for those on poll duty during the general elections in Andhra Pradesh.
He informed the state chief electoral officer and state election commissioner Mukesh Kumar Meena during the video conference held with district collectors from Vijayawada chief electoral officer’s office that pucca arrangements were being made for postal ballot and also home voting .
Mukesh Kumar Meena has discussed with the collectors on the preparations made for proper conducting of general elections, postal ballot for poll duty personnel and home voting for the aged and disabled.
