Commotion in AIADMK meeting, chairs thrown in the presence of minister

Tiruchirapalli, Sept 13 (UNI) Commotion broke out during a meeting of the AIADMK, when a group of party men threw chairs and indulged in heated argument in the presence of Minister for Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare S Valarmathi at Srirangam here on Sunday.
The meeting took place at a private marriage hall to discuss preparatory works for the next years assembly elections.
As the meeting was going on, a group of AIADMK men barged into the marriage hall and shouted at the minister and leaders that party postings were not given to the deserving workers. When Ms Valarmathi attempted to pacify them, they rushed to the dais and indulged in heated argument with the leaders.
