Bengaluru, Sep 21 (UNI) Hundreds of farmers from various organisations staged protest against land reforms act, Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC) act and energy act in the city on Monday.
The farmers came in rally from railway stations to Freedom Park in main streets. Social activist Yogendra Yadav also supported the agitation and participated in it.
Speaking on the occasion, Yadav said the state government has bringing an amendment to the Karnataka’s land reforms, but this act destroying the farm land in the state which would severe affected the farmers not only in the state but also entire country also opposing it/, he said
