The owners of Syah are a visionary duo that brought forth their continuous enthusiasm for the abundant cultural heritage of Udaipur while including a modern twist to the Indian eating environment. The beautiful night of the ambassador's visit guaranteed an introduction of the large 10-course luxurious dish at Syah. With the offering of the very first course itself, Mr. Garcetti was astonished at the utter simplicity of the recipes. Yet he was startled at the tremendous deepness of flavours in each serving.
