'Last year also, we celebrated the Yoga Day. Yoga proves to be very important in managing health and stress and one should understand this, and we are working to spread awareness about yoga in our department, and such programs are being conducted throughout the year at district and police station level several times as it proves to be very helpful in life of a police personnel, said Mr Patnaik.
