New Delhi, Mar 8 (UNI) India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday predicted moderate scattered to fairly widespread rainfall over Western Himalayan Region from March 11 to 14 and isolated to scattered rainfall over adjoining plains from March 12 to 14.
According to IMD, “Two western disturbances are likely to affect northwest India from March 10, under its influence, isolated moderate rainfall and snowfall likely over Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad and Himachal Pradesh on March 10.”
“Scattered to fairly widespread moderate rainfall and snowfall with isolated thunderstorms and lightning likely over the region during March 11-14,” the IMD said.
