NIA files charge sheet in LeT online recruitment module case in Kolkata

New Delhi, Sep 11 (UNI) The anti- terror probe agency NIA on Friday said that it has filed a charge sheet against accused Ms Tania Parvin alias Isranoor, resident of North 24 Parganas district in West Bengal, on Thursday under sections 13 and 39 of UA(P) Act in connection with a case of West Bengal Lashkar-e Toiba (LeT) online recruitment module case before the Special NIA Court at Kolkata.
This case arose out of arrest of Ms Tania Parveen of March 18 by the West Bengal Police following a credible tipoff and she, allegedly associated with a proscribed organization Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT), was booked under sections 121A, 124A, 120B, 419 & 420 of IPC, sections 10, 13, 15, 18, 18B, 20, 38 & 39 of UA(P) Act and 66F of Information Technology Act at Baduria police station in North 24 Parganas district.
NIA took over the case on April 4 and re-registered the same as RC-20/2020/NIA/DLI.
