New Delhi, Oct 15 (UNI) Congress on Friday condemned the Center for its 'silence' over the video released by the Chinese forces of Galwan Valley about the captivity of Indian soldiers and said "if there is any truth in it" then the government should come forward and answer it.
"If this video is genuine then the Centre must be held China globally responsible for indulging in the war crime," the party spokesperson Pawan Khera said while addressing a press conference here.
"We all have seen the heartbreaking video, on which the government is silent. if this video is true then by all norms this would come under the category of war crime, and then china must be prosecuted under the International Court of justice," Mr Khera alleged.
