New Delhi, Aug 20 (UNI) Expressing concern on the chaos in the National Capital Region city of Gurugram due to waterlogging caused by heavy rains, Congress on Thursday said that it was a result of complete abdication of responsibility by the Governments in Delhi and Haryana.
Addressing a press conference through video-conferencing, AICC spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi said, 'The chaos due to waterlogging in Gurugram and several areas of Delhi is a result of complete abdication of responsibility by the Haryana and Delhi governments. I wish they had spent some money on building civic amenities.'
