New Delhi, Jul 25 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi will undertake an aerial survey of flood affected areas of North Gujarat this afternoon after the swearing-in ceremony for new President Ram Nath Kovind. The impromptu decision to survey the flood-hit state was made when Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani called on him at Parliament House this morning, and apprised him of the situation arising out of incessant rain and flood in parts of the state. Tweeting after the swearing in ceremony, the PM said 'Very inspiring address by President Ram Nath Kovindji, which beautifully summed up India's strengths, democracy and diversity.' UNI SD SNU 1453
