New Delhi , Nov 14 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said that India believes in understanding and explaining, however, if there is an attempt to test us, the response will be equally fierce.
Continuing his tradition of spending Diwali with the armed forces, Mr Modi today reached the famous Indian border post of Longewala and interacted and addressed the armed forces personnel greeting them on the festival of lights.
Prime Minister said his Diwali is complete only when he is with the soldiers whether in the snow-clad mountains or in the desert.
PM Modi during his address also conveyed the gratitude of the countrymen to the armed forces and said 130 crore Indians are standing strongly with the forces.
