A Delhi Court grants 30 days time to police to complete investigation in Parliament Security Breach Case

New Delhi, Apr 25 (UNI) A Delhi Court after hearing the plea of Delhi Police on Thursday granted 30 more days to complete the ongoing investigation in the Parliament security breach case.
Special Judge Hardeep Kaur after hearing the request on behalf of Delhi Police granted 30 more days to finish their investigation in the case.
The court has also extended the judicial custody of all the six accused till May 25 in the case.
Delhi Police after moving application requested to the court for extending 45 more days to complete their investigation related to the case.
All the accused were produced physically before the court for hearing in the matter.
This case pertains to a security breach on the anniversary of the Parliament attack on December, 13, 2023.
In this matter Delhi Police has arrested accused Manoranjan, Neelam Azad, Sagar Sharma, Amol Shinde, Lalit Jha and Mahesh Kumavat after registration of FIR (First Information Report)
under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) and the investigation is still going on.
