New Delhi, Jul 29 (UNI) A Delhi-based organistation, MSV India Inc, has installed a UVT (Ultra-Violet Technology) Disinfection Conveyor machine at Hanuman Mandir in Connaught Place (CP), New Delhi, as a preventive measure to contain spread of Covid-19.
The installation was a part of MSV India’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative and the machine, worth approximately 2 lakh Rs, has been installed free of cost, the organistation said in a statement on Wednesday.
The Disinfection Machine is capable of killing 99.9 per cent of the pathogens while posing no threat to humans. UVT Conveyor Disinfection Machine in public areas is not only necessary for killing COVID-19 virus but also for other pathogens as well, e.g. E-coli, which is responsible for food poisoning and other viruses which cause common cold and flu, it added.
