LNJP doctor dies from nCoV

New Delhi, Jun 28 (UNI) A doctor from Lok Nayak Jayaprakash Narayan Hospital (LNJP), who managed to save the lives of many people from Novel Coronavirus, on Sunday lost his own battle against the lethal virus.
The Hospital sources said here that the deceased was posted as an Anesthesia specialist in the ICU ward of COVID-19 management.
On June 9, after being infected with the deadly disease, the doctor was admitted for treatment at Saket Max Hospital in South Delhi, where he died this morning.
Delhi is on second position in the country after Maharashtra, in the number of Corona cases. There have been total 80188 infections and 2568 deaths, so far.

There were 2948 new cases in the capital, while 66 fresh deaths were recorded due to the contagion. Meanwhile, 2210 people have recovered.
