Kharge launches 'Ghar Ghar Guarantee Abhiyan' from North East Delhi

New Delhi, Apr 3 (UNI) Ahead of the Lok Sabha election, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge on Wednesday launched the 'Ghar Ghar Guarantee Abhiyan' from North East Delhi Parliamentary Constituency and vowed to take forward the 'Paanch Nyay Pachees Guarantee' to the people of the country.
Addressing a press conference here, Kharge said, "We want to tell the country from here that 'what we say, we do'. Today we have come to Northeast Delhi to distribute the Congress Guarantee card. Our message is that under the five guarantees of the Congress, we will be fulfilling 25 guarantees".
"Our party workers will go from door to door and distribute these guarantee cards of the Congress and also meet the people and tell them our objective and what will we do for the people, when we form the INDIA Alliance government in the country," the Congress president said.
He said that the distribution of such Guarantee cards during the Karnataka election campaign proved to be a game changer and people have started feeling the impact of the implementation of these guarantees.
Hitting at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Kharge said, "Before coming to power, Modi said he will provide two crore jobs every year; will deposit Rs 15 lakh in each account and will double the income of farmers. But he did nothing. He just made false promises. But we will give a guarantee that our government has always worked for the people, will work and always do so".

He accused the PM Modi-led government of threatening the Opposition especially the biggest Opposition party of the country -- Congress. Kharge alleged that the government had looted the funds of the party and trying to finish the democracy and the Constitution of the country.
It may be mentioned that the Congress has plans to distribute these cards to atleast eight crore households across the country.
