Dumka, Jun 29 (UNI) Three people including two women lost their lives as lightning struck in two separate villages under Raneshwar Police Station area on Tuesday evening.
In Kumirdaha village Vipad Mandal (55) died as lighting struck on him while he was returning from his farm. He was rushed by the family members to Siuri in West Bengal where the doctors declared him dead.
On the other hand in Vanbadi village, two women were sitting under a tea stall when suddenly lightning fell on the tree due to which both of them died. The deceased have been identified as Dulali Rai (45) and Dhanpati Rai (45).
