commissionkhori", Prime Minister Narendra Modi today named Opposition leader
as "Yuvraj" of Jungleraj who lacked vision to understand the aspirations of the
people saying that transformation Bihar into an IT hub and into a modern state with
overall progress of every class was impossible under the rule of "Yuvraj" and exhorted
the electorate to save Bihar from becoming " Bimar" with their every single vote just
