Odisha Congress to release candidate lists in April first week.

Bhubaneswar, Mar 28 (UNI) Odisha Congress, which is lagging in releasing the party candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha and Assembly elections, will release the first phase list of candidates in the first week of April.
The ruling BJD has already released its candidates for 15 Lok Sabha and 72 Assembly seats, while the main opposition BJP has released names of party candidates for 18 Lok Sabha seats.
Addressing newsmen here, Congress party campaign committee Chairman Bhakta Charan Das and party President Sarat Pattnayak said the party will release the list of candidates for at least 60 of the total 147 Assembly seats in the first phase in the first week of April.
