Patna, Sep 27 (UNI) With the sole aim to attract youth in the Assembly Elections the claimant of Chief Minister candidate from Rashtriya Janata Dal fold, the main opposition in Bihar Tejaswi Yadav today announced to provide employment to 10 lakh youth after coming to power in the state.Mr Yadav told news persons here today that it would be implemented in the first Cabinet meeting after his party was voted to power.
Raising fingers at the National Democratic Alliance ( NDA) government of the centre and the state, Mr Yadav said that the NDA had promised to give employment to 2 crore youth but even after the ruling for 15 years continuously in Bihar it fail to deliver its promises .
Referring to the economic conditions of the state, Mr Yadav said that every Bihari was reeling under a debt of Rs 35 lakh and added that the state has 60% youth population who were devoid of livelihood and migrate to other states in search of employment.He said that unemployment in the state has been recorded at 46.6 % and disclosed that nine lakh forty seven thousand 924 youth got registered on the portal of RJD seeking employment. Apart from this, 13 lakh 11,000 and 626 missed calls we are made for the purpose.These data openly speak about the condition of youth in Bihar, he added.
