JD( U) announces names of candidates for the upcoming assembly by-lections in Bihar

Patna, Oct 01 (UNI) The ruling JD( U), a constituent unit of National Democratic Alliance (NDA) on Friday announced the names of its candidates for the by-election for two seats of Bihar Assembly to be held on October 30.
The national president of the party Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh, accompanied by the presidents of the alliance partners made the announcement for the two seats .
The party has fielded Armin Hazari son of late Shashi Bhushan Hazari from Kusheshwarsthan, informed Mr Singh adding that the party was interested in fielding the son of late Mewalal Choudhary from Tarapur assembly segment. He said that son of Mr Chaudhary resides in America and has hence declined to contest the elections following which Rajiv Kumar Singh has been fielded from Tarapur .
