Life imprisonment to a lawyer in connection with murder case

Patna, Mar 5 (UNI) Additional District and session judge (IX) Avinash Kumar awarded life imprisonment to a lawyer for killing his father-in-law, a retired Section Officer of Patna High Court, his mother-in-law, and for the fatal attack on his wife.
The Court also slapped a fine of Rs 80000 against the lawyer of Patna High Court Valiullah Chand under sections 302, 307, and 498A of the Indian penal code.
As per the case, Valiullah Chand entered into a wedlock with Zainab Raza, daughter of the retired Section Officer of Patna High Court Irfan Raza on April 9, 2017.
