Jharkhand reports 189 COVID patients on Monday, tally jumps to 3,963

Ranchi, Jul 13 (UNI) Jharkhand on Monday recorded 189 cases of Covid-19 in 20 out of the 24 districts in the state after which the overall tally of patients has reached 3,963.
As per the data provided by the health department, the number of active cases in the state was 1,579 while number of cured and discharged cases stood at 2,351. The total number of death caused by Coronavirus in the state stood at 33.
During the day, a maximum number of 40 cases were reported in Ranchi district, followed by 39 in Hazaribagh and 20 each in Ramgarh, Deoghar and Pakur districts, 6 cases each were also found in Dhanbad, Koderma and Giridih districts.
