Campaign ends in four lok sabha seats of Bihar

Patna, Apr 17 (UNI) The campaign for the first phase of the seven phased Lok Sabha election in four parliamentary constituencies came to an end on Wednesday evening in Bihar where polling would take place on April 19.
The parliamentary seats where campaigning ended include Aurangabad, Nawada, Jamui ( reserved) and Gaya (reserved).
The prominent contenders in the first phase of the Lok Sabha election from NDA are former Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi of Hindustani Awam Morcha ( HAM) from Gaya, BJP Rajyasabha MP Vivek Thakur son of former Union Minister Dr CP Thakur from Nawada, Arun Bharati son-in-law of former Union Minister Ramvilas Paswan from Jamui and the outgoing BJP MP Sushil Kumar Singh from Aurangabad.
