Centre sanctions Rs 6,621.62 Cr for construction of 8 packages on NH-913 in Arunachal

Itanagar, Mar 12 (UNI) The Central Government on Tuesday sanctioned a whopping Rs 6,621.62 crore for the construction of eight packages on the National Highway-913 (Frontier Highway) spanning 265.49 km in Arunachal Pradesh towards boosting road connectivity in the border areas.
Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari said in a statement that "in Arunachal Pradesh, an allocation of Rs 6621.62 Crore has been sanctioned for the construction of eight packages on NH-913, designated as the Frontier Highway, transitioning to an Intermediate Lane configuration using the EPC mode.
This comprehensive project spans a total length of 265.49 Km."
