Bihar: Cash and investment documents recovered from a govt official

Patna, Nov 19 ( UNI ) The economic offence unit of Bihar Police on Friday recovered cash and several investments related documents during a raid conducted simultaneously at three different places of the then Circle officer of Koilwar Anuj Kumar.
According to sources the raids were conducted in Patna, Nawada and Gaya districts during which it was found that the said officer collected properties beyond the known sources of his income misusing his power.
The sources said that the said officer had served in Koilwar, Gaya, Saran and other places . It was found that money was transferred in the bank account of the spouse, a housewife of the said officer from various places .
