Arunachal Guv stresses on inclusion of Fundamental Duties in Indian Constitution’s Preamble

Itanagar, May 13 (UNI) Arunachal Pradesh Governor Brig (Retd) Dr BD Mishra while participating in the valedictory function of 18th Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) India Region Zone III Conference at Dorjee Khandu Auditorium, State Legislative Assembly Complex here on Friday emphasized on inclusion of reference of Fundamental Duties in the Preamble of the Constitution.
The Governor, in his address, said that the Constitution of India is an "evolving epic" because from time to time, when needs are felt for inclusion of new articles in the Constitution, it is done with
utmost diligence.
