Itanagar, Sep 21 (UNI) Arunachal Pradesh Governor Brig (Retd) Dr BD Mishra on Wednesday called on the President of India, Droupadi Murmu at the Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi and apprised her about the various initiatives for the progressive development of the frontier state, said a communiqué from the Raj Bhavan here. “It was a courtesy call,” the communiqué said.
The Governor, who was accompanied by his better half Neelam Misra, conveyed to the President good wishes of the people of Arunachal Pradesh.
He also shared the hopes and aspirations of the tribal people of the State.
