Bairstow's 136 helps Eng pull off an exciting final-day chase

Nottingham, June 14 (UNI) Jonny Bairstow and Ben Stokes took England home in the second Test against New Zealand after successfully chasing 298 on the final day.
Bairstow and Stokes went on a rampage in the final session when the hosts needed 160 runs and took the game away from New Zealand. Bairstow made 92-ball 136 and Stokes 75 not out in 70 balls.
Resuming the day, Daryl Mitchell and company showed great resistance as England had to sweat it out to pick the last three wickets of the visitors.
