Ranchi, Nov 10 (UNI) BJP continues to lead at the end of the second round of counting for the bypolls on Dumka (ST) seat while after trailing in first-round Congress has consolidated its lead on Bermo seat.
In Dumka Lois Marandi of BJP is leading by a margin of 2392 votes over Basant Soren of the JMM at the end of the 9th round of counting. Dr Lois has got 38,220 votes while Basant Soren has got 35,828 votes.
In Bermo Jaimangal Singh of the Congress is leading by a margin of 10,121 votes over Yogeshwar Yogeshwar Mahto Batul of BJP after the end of 10th round of counting. Jaimangal has polled 52,327 votes while Batul has got 42,206 votes.
