Futolearn Education to hold seminar on AI, Coding in Pune

Pune, Feb 15 (UNI) A one day seminar on Artificial Intelligence & Coding organized by Bangalore based FutoLearn Education for Schools in Pune. This seminar will be held tomorrow at Hotel Ramada Plaza, Hinjwadi, Pune.
Adv. SK Jain, Chairman of Shikshan Prasarak Mandali will be the chief guest for seminar, while Laxmi Kumar, Founder Director of Orchid School, Jyotsna Mishra, Director of Alard Public School, Jayashri Venkatraman, Principal of SNBP School, Bindu Saini, Principal of SB Patil School, Monika Chhabra, Principal of Mitcon International School will be panelist and Sejal Samar-Jodhwat, Vice President of FutoLearn Education will be moderator of the seminar.
Sejal Samar-Jodhawat gave this information in the press conference. She said, FutoLearn, a Bangalore based education with this vision of giving an excellent Artificial Intelligence and Coding classroom experience is organizing a Seminar on Artificial Intelligence and Coding into Indian Classrooms. National Education Policy 2020 stresses the need on introducing this technology at an early age focusing on development of secondary skills like cognitive skills, team building skills, critical thinking abilities etc. China is leading this technology but our country isn't at backfoot. It's a proud feeling to share that our country has taken the lead by introducing AI and Coding at the national level."
She further said, CBSE has released a curriculum for the same and All other boards like ICSE, IB, IGCSE, State Board are aligned to NEP. We are here to organize this seminar to clear the fog around this technology and the panel of our esteemed principals will discuss the myths of this technology and its global and Indian scenario. We are also focused on discussing the challenges the schools could face on implementing this as a curriculum and how effectively the teachers and students can be empowered. We need to make our citizens' jobs future ready and technology ready. With every passing phase, AI is making its way into all the industries."
As Citizens of this country, it is also our duty to focus on achieving the 17 UN Sustainable goals which are divided into three sectors-Society, Economy and Environment with the help of this technology. The aim is to achieve it by 2030 so if we don't gear up now, we will be lagging behind. We are surrounded by AI knowingly unknowingly and use it for our daily needs like Alexa, google map, Netflix. Focus of this Seminar is to empower the fraternity and gear up for a bright future. Divided we fall, United we rise. Schools and Teachers are the biggest enhancers of our future. The future of the country is in their hands. If the fraternity comes together and aims to achieve and empower ourselves and our future generation, we are sure to evolve as a Superpower, mentioned Sejal.
