New office bearers announced for CII Southern region for 2024–25

Hyderabad, Mar 21 (UNI) Dr. Nandini, Managing Director, Chandra Textiles Pvt Ltd, has taken over as the Chairperson of CII Southern Region for the years 2024–25.
Dr. Nandini, who has been closely associated with CII, was the Deputy Chairperson of CII Southern Region in 2023–24 and the Past Chairperson of CII Tamil Nadu State Council in 2010–11. She was the past chairperson of Education Sub-Committee during 2022–23 and was also the past chairwoman of the CII Indian Women Network. She is a member of the CII National Council, CII said in a release here on Thursday.
Dr. Nandini is serving as a Director on the Board of Cognizant Foundation, the CSR arm of Cognizant Technology Solutions, an independent director on the board of Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited (TIDCO), and a past member of the Board of Governors of NIT, Tiruchirappalli.
Thomas John Muthoot, Chairman and Managing Director, Muthoot Fincorp Ltd., has taken over as Deputy Chairman of CII Southern Region for the years 2024–25.
Muthoot, who is an active member of CII, is an elected member of CII Southern Regional Council.
He was the Chairman of Banking and Financial Services Sub-Committee, CII Southern Region, during 2022–23 and the Chairman of the Tourism Sub-Committee, CII Southern Region, in 2021–22.
He was the Chairman of CII Kerala State Council during 2020–21.
Muthoot also serves as the Chairman of Muthoot Pappachan Group (MPG), a conglomerate with a 135-year legacy that spans trading, retail, and retail finance.
