Telangana: GlobalLogic opens its new satellite office in Mahbubnagar

Mahbubnagar, Mar 19 (UNI) Headquartered in Silicon Valley,GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company and a leader in Digital Engineering, on Tuesday announced the opening of a new satellite office in Mahbubnagar, Telangana dedicated to its Content Engineering business operations.
The new 18,000 sqft facility, inaugurated in the presence of Piyush Jha, Group Vice President & Managing Director – APAC at GlobalLogic, has a seating capacity of 180 and will serve as a hub for innovation and technological advancement, the company said in a release here.
With a dedicated focus on Content Engineering, the new site is designed to facilitate high-quality work in various domains, including data and GIS solutions, and cutting-edge Gen AI projects.
The company is dedicated to leveraging local talent for strategic growth and expanding its footprint across regional markets through this new facility.
As part of its expansion strategy, GlobalLogic has also partnered with the Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge, a not for profit organization from the Government of Telangana focused towards skilling the youth of the state and making them more employable.
Speaking on the occasion, Piyush said "In our pursuit of top-notch talent, we are expanding our horizons beyond the large metros, reaching into smaller towns within 100-200 kilometers of main hubs".
“The establishment of our new facility in Mahbubnagar underscores our commitment to fostering innovation, driving economic growth, and creating employment opportunities.
We are excited about the potential this venture holds to further our DEI mission and deliver impactful solutions to our clients," he added.
Avnish Singh, SVP and Global Head of Content Engineering, GlobalLogic, said, “ This is a groundbreaking initiative as we will be tapping into the local talent pool and establishing university tie-ups for higher education, we are not just creating job opportunities but fostering growth in Tier 2/3 cities. The collaboration with the Telangana Government highlights a mutual commitment to fostering technology and IT education in the state and building Telangana as an important hub for IT talent and services. Through the utilization of local skills and the exploration of specialized technologies, the Mahbubnagar facility is positioned to expand GlobalLogic's capabilities across specialized domains and catering to customers globally,Singh added.
