Hyderabad, July 16 (UNI) Our Better Planet, an e-commerce marketplace held exhibition-cum-sales of products in the name of 'Conscious Souk 3.0' at the Hyatt Place here on Saturday.

The idea behind “Conscious Souk 3.0 is for people to come touch feel the product. The idea behind “Conscious Souk 3.0 ” is also to connect the makers and consumers, Our Better Planet Founder and CEO Ms Pallavi Srivastava told media here.



Pallavi said the company has decided to hold an exhibition cum sale in different cities once every two months. "This is the third exhibition. First and Second exhibitions were held at Goa and Bangalore respectively. The next exhibition will be held at Pune," she said.

Ms Pallavi said that the company works with eco-friendly and sustainable brands. We have eight different categories of products including clothing, home & living, kids wear, food, gifting. We also work with a lot of brands and get them to change their production and procurement cycles to move to a more sustainable lifestyle.



The Company CEO said that the company had earned Rs 30 lakh in Bangalore exhibition by setting up of 30 states. She hoped to earn Rs 25 lakh in Hyderabad where set up 21 stalls.



Some of the brands presented in the exhibition cum sale are clothes and bags from recycled pharmaceutical waste, Rimagined - work with all forms of waste from tyres, cloths scarps, Srinagar Carpets, Baka & silver linings - sustainable ethical jewellery, Woven Lab and yarn India - all about looms and hand weaving, Homh grain - all decor and kitchen essentials made from wood, Kindora - sustainable toys made using organic wood, cotton and kid-friendly materials.
