Kolkata, Mar 04 (UNI) In order to make Fraserganj, Henry Island and Jambudwip easy and direct commutes from Bakkhali, the Bengal Government has unveiled a bridge over the new Hatania-Doania River.
Bakkhali is one of the most popular tourist destinations for weekend getaways, and from there people often go to other nearby places.
But the river made access difficult, both for tourists and for the local people transporting vegetables and fish from Namkhana block.
