Hyderabad, Oct 15 (UNI) Telangana Minister for Municipal K T Rama Rao (KTR) on Thursday inspected the rain affected areas at various places for the second day in a row in the city and assured the residents that all necessary measures will be taken immediately to bring normalcy in the area.
Mr KTR , who inspected rain affected areas in Nallakunta, Musheerabad, Amberpet and Tolichowki and interacted with the residents in the city, instructed the officials to submit proposals on setting up of the pipelines and sewer systems to avoid flood situations in future.
Earlier in the morning, the Minster along with Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar reviewed the relief activities taken up in rain affected areas in Hyderabad along with Senior Officials from various departments at BRKR Bhavan here.
