Kendrapara, Jan 24 (UNI) A formal Memorandum of Understanding would be signed soon for the proposed Mahanadi riverine port to come up at Akhadasali village under Mahakalapada block, of Kendrapara District, Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan said here today.
Talking to media persons at the concluding day of his two-day visit to the district, Mr Pradhan said Odisha government and the Paradip Port authorities have already given in principle approval to the project
The Union Minister said on completion, the project will create jobs for the unemployed and expedite the development of the district.
