Thane, May 30 (UNI) NCP Chief Sharad Pawar reminded Prime Minister Narendra Modi of the previous history in the country when the Congress staged a come back after a short stint by the BJP in the past. Speaking at the election campaign meeting for the party candidate Vasant Davkhare for the June 03, Maharashtra Legislative Council elections representing local self bodies, Mr. Pawar came down heavily on the centre and said that Modi has been claiming that all the problems in the country has been now resolved. Indias value in the world has increased he claims. He wants congress free India. He needs to check once again The country got freedom only with the thoughts of Gandhi-Nehru. The country could be kept strong and united only due to the thoughts of Gandhi and Nehru. Earlier also Congress lost its power in the country but the citizens of the country and within few years Congress staged a come back. He should not forget this fact said Mr. Pawar.
