Speaking at XIth meeting of the Inter-State Council held in the national capital yesterday, the Chief Minister said,'' Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) has good coordination with Central Agencies. The state government of Goa is actively following-up on modernisation of forces. Central grants are also available for this purpose which is being utilized and monitored.''
