Mob lynching case: Court grants default bail to 28 accused

Palghar, Aug 10 (UNI) A court at Dahanu on Monday granted bail to 28 people, arrested in connection of the mob lynching case, which rocked the entire country.
Judicial Magistrate First Class M V Jawle accepted the submission of counsel Amrut Adhikari, representing the accused, that the charge-sheet against them has not been filed by the investigating agency within the specified period of 90 days and hence they be granted the default bail.
The court accepted the plea and ordered their release on bail.
