MNS Zonal President arrested for smashing SDOs official car

Thane, Nov 24 (UNI) A day after the MNS a leader from Thane city was gunned down by two bike born persons in Rabodi on Monday, an MNS leader (Zonal President) from Ulhasnagar smashed the car of the SDO (Revenue) of Ulhasnagar alleging that he was ignoring encroachment on government land.
The Sr. PI of the Ulhasnagar Central Police station Sudhakar Suradkar told this correspondent in the night that the police on Tuesday arrested the MNS leader Yogiraj Deshmukh.
Offenses of damaging public property, and preventing the government official from doing his duty etc etc have been registered against Deshmukh with the police the official said.
