New Delhi, Dec 13(UNI) National capital on Thursday woke up to a misty cold morning, with the minimum temperature settling at 11.2 degrees C, three points above season's average.
Air quality this morning witnessed slight improvement in comparison to Wednesday's 'very poor' and was now under 'poor' category with an index value of 223 at 1000 hours, as per the Central Pollution Control Board.
Relative humidity at 0830 hrs was 93 per cent , said the weatherman.
