Speaking through video conference in a workshop, titled ‘Three decades of India acquiring Pioneer Investor Status-Achievements and way forward’, organised by National Institute of Oceanography, Dona Paula, here, he said India had achieved a lot in the field of ocean research but still it was a long way to go.
