NEW YORK, Aug. 6, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Mediaocean, the modern system of record for omnichannel advertising, announced today that it has expanded its European operations with the acquisition of Symsys, the leading Dutch media management software provider.

This week the company merged the Mediaocean and 4C senior executive teams with these direct reports under Mediaocean CEO Bill Wise:
Dr. Alok Choudhary has been named Chief Scientist and will join the board of directors. Alok previously served as Founder, Chairman, and Chief Scientist at 4C.
