Pune, Nov 5 (UNI) “Premrang”, A new Marathi Film, based on Konkan culture and tradition is all set to release soon in Indian cinema, film director and producer Sharad Gore said here on Monday.
Talking to UNI, Mr Gore, who spent his whole life in the field of literature and writing books, said he had decided to do something new by producing a Marathi romantic film for young generation titled ”Premrang”.
The concept of the film was something different as usual, said, Mr Gore, who has created history in the world of Marathi cinema by playing nine roles in the film himself which include director, producer, story writer, music composer, lyricist, among others.
Mr Gore said viewers of the film would find something different as compared to other Marathi films as scenes of Konkan and Malvan which had been used in the film were already amazing.
'Though it was my first Marathi film in my life we have a great desire to do something different for Marathi cinema which I have tried by producing the film,' he added.
Gore had played a role in drama called “Shivaji the Management Guru” which had became very popular in state.
'Late Balasaheb Thackery had also praised me for my act in the drama,' Gore said.
'Balasaheb Thackeray had called me at his residence and honored me for my role,' Gore added.
The film maker also disclosed that he had planned to produce a 3D picture on life of great warrior Late Sambhaji Mahraj. Gore, who is also attached with many organisations working in the field of literature, said his movie was all set to release by end of this month.
