Manipur: Masks, sanitizer given to media persons

Imphal, April 15 (UNI) In order to ensure safety and prevent the spread of COVID-19 while collecting information by the media personnel in the state, Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) today provided 200 sanitizers and equal number of face masks to media persons.
Commissioner (IPR) M. Joy handed over the items to Bijoy Kakchingtabam, who is the President of All Manipur Working Journalist Union (AMWJU), in a function held at DIPR complex at Nityapat Chuthek in Imphal.
H. Balkrisna Singh, Director (IPR), DD(Press), T. Ramesh Singh and Dy Director (HQ), L. Ashok Kumar were present on the occasion.
