New Delhi, Jul 25 (UNI) In the capital to attend President Ram Nath Kovind's swearing in ceremony, West Bengal Chief Minister and mercurial Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee today met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh here. According to party sources, Ms Banerjee raised important issues concerning Darjeeling Hills and law and order related incidents in other parts of the state. Ms Banerjee also asked Home Minister about his health. Mr Rajnath Singh did not attend President's oath taking ceremony at the Central Hall of Parliament here. Last month, he had suffered a fracture in his left leg. Ms Banerjee and her party has been on major confrontation with the BJP in recent weeks over the violence in Darjeeling and some communal clashes in Basirhat region of North 24 Parganas district.
