Mah : Palghar provided max employment to tribals under MGNREGS in 2021

Palghar, Dec 1 (UNI) In Maharashtra, Palghar has bagged first place in providing employment under MGNREGS to the tribals during the fiscal year 2021-22, stated Collector Dr. Manik Gursal on Wednesday.
Talking to UNI, Dr. Gursal told, “The members of total of 59,770 families have been provided work under the employment of total of 16,46,211 man-days.”
"Last year too, Palghar generated employment to the tribals and achieved 177 pc of the target and generated 49,72,811 man-days of work despite the pandemic,” he apprised.

Out of these six, BJP got 2, NCP got 2, Shiv Sena and Maha Vikas Aghadi got 1 each. In Niphad Nagar Panchayat, independence has taken place and BJP has suffered a blow. NCP MLA Dilip Bankar has been pushed and Shiv Sena's saffron has hit Niphad Nagar Panchayat.
