Lynching incidents: Muslim body writes to PM, says redeem your promise to serve 125 cr people of country

New Delhi, June 28 (UNI) Muslims organizations and eminent individuals have expressed great concern and disappointment over what they called ‘’inaction’’ of the Government in the face the spate of incidents of cow-related lynching of members of the minority community, the latest being the killing of a teen Junaid in Haryana.
While the Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat wrote a letter to the Prime Minister expressing its anguish over these incidents and calling for urgent action from the Prime Minister, several other orgainsations, including Fikre-Watan chaired by Dr Syed Zafar Mehmood protested by wearing black band on their sleeves on the Eid day to express their protest.
In a letter to the Prime Minister, the Mushawart said,’’Your vision of good days for all Indians has been sullied by an environment of distrust and fear that has created by various organized groups, some of whom are affiliates of your party and its parent organizations, the RSS.’’
