Life imprisonment for sexual exploitation of two minors

Kolhapur, Oct 7 (UNI) District session judge (II) A V Kadam on Saturday sentenced a man to life imprisonment and a fine Rs 5,000 for sexual exploiting two minors in April, 2014 in Kaneri village of Karveer tehsil of this district.
According to public prosecutor Sujata Ingale, complainant Bapusaheb Gopal Powar of Kaneri village and his two grandsons slept on the terrace along with his neighbor accused Prakash Sambhaji Kumbhar (37) .
On April 10,2014, when all were asleep Prakash took two minors to bathroom and committed the crime, which he repeated the next midnight. Later children told this incident to their mother (complainant’s daughter) , who registered a complainant against Prakash in Karveer police of this district.
