Landslide kills 4 in east Afghanistan

Kabul, April 27 (UNI) At least four people died following a landslide in eastern Afghanistan's Laghman province, spokesman for the Ministry of Interior Mufti Abdul Mateen Qani said Saturday.
The landslide triggered by heavy rain occurred in the Darunta area along a highway linking the capital Kabul to the eastern provinces, Qani said.
Most parts of Afghanistan have been receiving rain and snowfall since Thursday.
